Carbon Fiber Part Production
Our shop specializes in vacuum infusion, a process that starts with a precise dry carbon layup. By meticulously hand-placing the carbon before any resin hits the mold, we have total control over the fiber orientation and structural integrity of the part. Once the vacuum is pulled, we infuse the resin to create a part that is incredibly dense, lightweight, and free of the air bubbles or “resin-rich” heavy spots. Whether it’s a one-off custom project or a production run, we deliver parts that are built to perform and finished to look like it.
Composite Molding
A great part is only as good as the mold it comes out of. We build our tooling to match the scale and budget of your project without cutting corners on surface quality. For shorter runs or prototypes, we offer polyester-fiberglass molds that get you a high-quality finish without the premium price tag. If you’re looking at high-volume production, we step up to epoxy-fiberglass tooling. These high-spec molds are built to handle the heat and repetition of a busy shop floor, maintaining their dimensional accuracy pull after pull. Whatever your target, we build the “negative” that ensures your final part is a perfect positive.
From small intricate parts to entire car bodies
We aren’t limited by the size of the project. Our shop is set up to handle the entire spectrum of composite manufacturing—whether that’s a small, intricate interior trim piece with complex curves or a full-scale widebody kit and structural car body.
